By using this website or submitting an application to be a guest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its last-updated date.
Content
What belongs to whom
All editorial content, design, branding, logos, and episode materials on this site are owned by Foreign Founders unless otherwise noted. You may share public links and quote short excerpts, but you may not scrape, reproduce, or republish full episodes or articles without permission.
The Foreign Founders name, logo, and green-and-cream color system may only be used under the guidelines on the Brand kit page.
Submissions
Applying to be a guest
Submitting the guest application form does not guarantee an interview or episode. We review on a tight filter and decline most applications. If your story is a fit, we will contact you to schedule a recorded interview.
By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant Foreign Founders a non-exclusive license to use the submitted material to evaluate your story and, if selected, to produce and distribute the interview and related clips.
If you include a request not to discuss specific topics on tape, we will make reasonable efforts to honor it. Marking a topic off-limits does not prevent us from asking follow-up questions during the interview itself.
Conduct
Prohibited use
Do not use this site to submit false information, harass anyone, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may remove submissions or block access for violations.
The site is for informational and application purposes only. It is not legal, financial, immigration, or business advice.
Liability
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreign Founders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in an interview.
